Mr.Subendu Shrestha is a Mental Health Counselor currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. He has been working with people with mental health problems since one year. He has completed his Post Graduation in counseling psychology from Trichandra Multiple Campus. His main motive is to work with clients to build resilience, assist individuals in improving their mental health and emotional well-being by providing a supportive and confidential environment where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work through challenges.
He focuses on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person Centered Therapy, focusing on Thoughts feelings and behaviours as well as individuals’ safety, self esteem and personal growth.
