Sujata Sitoula is a mental health professional with a background in psychiatric nursing and clinical psychology. She has worked with diverse clients across hospital and community settings, and has contributed to NGOs where she supported individuals in improving their physical and mental well-being.
She currently serves as a lecturer in the Faculty of Psychology and works as a psychosocial counselor at Orchid International College. Through her academic role, Sujata has developed strong collaboration and communication skills and has learned effective ways to guide and support students. She is also undergoing training in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
Sujata’s professional interests include counseling clients through a Gestalt approach, helping them deepen self-awareness, and integrating evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies to enhance emotional well-being and resilience. She is also deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness through psychoeducation and training programs.
